We have done many years of research and making of biltong and have perfected the design of these makers over the past 10 years.

To make the perfect biltong, there are three main factors to consider: airflow, humidity and temperature. These Ultimate Makers maintain the perfect balance of these three elements to allow the meat to cure perfectly every time.
